I want to begin by thanking everyone that helps out at all the events and works their butt off to make this association work.  Without people volunteering to help this would not work.  More help is needed!  If you are usually just the show up and have a good time person that's well and good but your help is needed as well.  If you have that patch on your chest you are part of the association and you need to get in and get your hands dirty every once and a while.  Don't get me wrong I don't think that everyone has to be at everything that that goes on , and I know that people have personal obligations and others have to work on Sunday,  but there are some  that I never see and seldom see at the meetings.  

We have had a lot of people that have joined the association this year and to be honest I couldn't begin to tell you half of their names (of course I suck at names).  But this is another way to get to know your brothers and sisters and if you are lucky make some life long friends.  I have met and become very close to some of my brothers and sister and would do anything for them.  I have made all of my closest friends in the FCMA.  But I would have never known them if I did not get involved with what we were doin.
