1. Membership in the FCMA is open to all persons, regardless of race, color, creed, or religious belief. We do not discriminate against anyone or any organization.


2. You must be at minimum 18 years of age to become a full member. Minors under the age of 18, who are sponsored by members in good standing, may become FCMA Jr. Members



3. All New Recruits  MUST be sponsored by a member in good standing, and adhere to a strict 180 day probationary/screening period. During this time, the prospective member will display an FCMA: New Recruit Patch. At the end of the probationary period, the presidential committee will discuss and vote on the recruits display of dedication, discipline, and moral character.



4.. All New Recruits will be interviewed by the presidential committee before receiving their Full Member patch.



5. Recruits will retain and sign a copy of association by-laws upon induction.
