Sometimes in life you have the honor and pleasure of meeting a person who is immediately your friend, everyone's friend.  Mark was just such a guy. 
While loosing him left a space in many lives, the heavens definitely have to be celebrating to have such a great person added to their ranks.
One year ago this week was a day that all who knew and loved him will not ever forget.
